  Not sure why the low reviews, I really like this place. Ordered for delivery and delivery time was ok, pizza very good. I'm kind of a pizza snob and this place is now one of my top 5. There was plenty of toppings, sauce and cheese so it was a thicker pie. The only negative was that my tip had somehow increased $2 between my order and the charge online. I entered the tip when I ordered online and my receipt reflects that amount, but the CC charge is more.

  I had my sons 1st birthday booked out in advance for a month, and they double booked it and did nothing to make it better, they literally ruined my sons 1st birthday.
  This is a very bad place to go for any kind of event, and the manager said "They refuse to leave so i dont know what to do" and walked off and left one of her other clueless employess to deal with us.
  
  Dont ever go here for a event, their food is very spendy and toppings are not legit.

  I hadn't been to a Round Table Pizza in over 20 years! Everything tasted exactly the same! I loved it! They have the typical small little game area for the kids. Signature salad bar. Order everything at the counter and then sit down. This place is very old and was practically empty but we just had to give it a try! It is a little rough on the inside so just be aware. If you check-in on yelp you get free 6 pieces of garlic parmesan breadsticks. A medium pizza is $18 plus $2 per topping. We ordered a medium with ham, and artichoke on one half and pepperoni on the other. It came out with olives on one side instead of ham. They kindly made another pizza and let us take home the one they messed up on. Pepsi in the soda machine. No coca-cola.
  Service was friendly. It brought back memories of my childhood.

  Horrible experience!! I have never been here ever! I don't even eat the food but I came for my daughter's basketball event.
  
  Our team ordered 10 pizzas & drinks. it took about 30 to 40 minutes for all of the food to come out.
  
  different people placed individual orders, which we were told to take the card and place it on the end of the table... well here's where it gets bad we waited 40 minutes for 12 garlic Parmesan wings that never got delivered to our table.
  
  when my partner went there to inform them that we never received the order One of the white girls said she had no clue what he was talking about.
  
  he was then asked to show proof of receipt. so he comes back to the table to grab our card number and they said they still did not have proof of his purchase. WTF
  
  And then two other white employees chimes in to say they didn't know how they could help him.
  
  by this time he is livid he throws the number at them, then picks up the stack of order numbers throws it across the register and pushes the monitor as they talk shit back-and-forth.
  
  so they call the police saying that we are trespassing asked him to leave the store & pretty much laughed and giggles and smiles as the people force him out. told the police that he broke their monitor come to find out the monitor was unplugged!!
  
  as other folks witness what transpired, the staff members pretty much say they still have no clue what happened and that he was getting angry and angrier... well motherfucker I would be angry too if I waited 40 minutes for my food and you tell me that you don't have my order and that I need to actually show you additional proof of purchase.
  
  absolutely poor shit customer service... the first thing you do is say let me find out who helped you or let me see if I can find your order, but to accuse a customer that has the little table number that you have given them of actually not ordering any food at all without doing any type of research is poor piss.
  
  The cops arrived and pretty much took statements from both parties. I had to go back into the restaurant to ask them to find the order because I refused to leave without my money for food that I did not get and it took them at least 10 minutes they pretty much bullshited until the cops got there.
  
  I got my money back and left.
  This place is low-key racist. I really feel like they did this because he was a black man. Hell they didn't even treat me good when I got there. I told them it was better it was him than me because I would've slapped a bitch

  It's 12:35 was when I received my pizza from this round table. This was called and ordered at 11:00 was told it would be ready at 11:45. I arrived at 11:40 obviously didn't get until almost an hour past.  Unacceptable and their excuse was that the pizza got burnt so they needed to re do it. The pizzas I received were burnt!!! Unacceptable, manager should be fired.
